About Us: Monte Nido Rain Rock is a residential treatment program located in Springfield, OR, exclusively for adults seeking help for eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our comprehensive treatment approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, developing healthy eating and exercise habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and enhancing motivation for treatment engagement. We aim to provide each client with a deep understanding of their eating disorder and the necessary steps for their personal recovery.

The Eating Disorder Center of Eugene, situated in Eugene, OR, offers a primary day treatment program for adults and adolescents experiencing similar challenges. Through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services, our clients benefit from personalized therapy, as well as our combined clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise while facing real-world challenges.

We are currently looking for a Lead Therapist to become an integral part of our multi-disciplinary treatment teams at both our Eugene and Springfield facilities. The anticipated schedule is Monday to Friday, spanning both locations during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Offer therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a relevant counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is advantageous
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
